Today's the Day!!

We can't wait to see everyone at NerdcampNNE!!!
We look forward to this day of learning for educators all year long!
Once again, here are the details. 


Location: Freeport High School
Registration opens at 8:15 a.m.

Doors open at 8:00.
After registering, please enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks in the cafeteria, where the first stage of session building will begin.
Opening Welcome & finalizing of the Session Board will begin in the Performing Arts Center auditorium at 9:00 am.
Lunch is on your own. There are many nearby restaurants within walking district of Freeport High School.

What to Bring to nErDCamp:
Your favorite fully-charged, mobile device (laptop, tablet, phone)
A bag lunch or money for lunch at a nearby business
A bag to carry your giveaway swag and door prizes!
Ideas for sessions!

Parking for nErDcamp:
Parking lots are located directly across from Freeport High School and also behind the high school. You can also park in the parking lot at The Gap and walk over to Freeport High School. There is NO PARKING allowed on Holbrook Street or the Snow Road behind the high school. Carpooling is highly encouraged!

The Nerdy Weekend is Approaching Fast!

Hello Nerdcampers! We can hardly wait to see everyone this weekend!
Here is some information to help you get organized.

Nerdy Author Night- September 28, 2018

Get the weekend started by attending our Nerdy Evening with Authors and Illustrators from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, September 28th at the Morse Street School. Forty authors from around New England will be on hand to sign books. Sherman’s Maine Coast Book Shop will have books for sale at the event. Parking for Nerdy Author Night: There will be a home football game so parking will be limited at Morse Street School. There are many parking options with walking distance of the school. The Whitetail Park, located off of Justin’s Way, is a good option.

Two Weeks To Go!

We hope that everyone is off to a wonderful start at school. What a great time to get some great ideas to try with your students!

There are only two short weeks left before Nerdcamp NNE #5.

We are so excited about the 5th annual Nerdcamp Northern New England! There are only 4 short weeks to go until we get to come together to collaborate, reconnect and learn with each other.

Registration for nErDcamp NNE is open!

Registration is open for nErDcamp Northern New England to be held at Freeport High School in Maine on Saturday, Sept. 29th. This our 5th year of nErDcamp NNE!

nErDcamp NNE is a FREE literacy un-conference. You must register in advance if you plan to attend. Space is limited, so be sure to register early! We anticipate a full conference and will start a waiting list when all of the spots are filled.

As you may have heard through our Facebook page, the official date for NerdcampNNE will be Saturday, September 29 and our much anticipated Nerdy Author Night will be Friday, September 28. Both events will be in Freeport, Maine with specific details coming later.
