One More Week!

We are so excited to see all of you next Saturday, Sept. 28 at USM in Gorham, Maine. For those new to our Nerdcamp you can find more information about what to expect here.

Here is some info that will help you prepare for the day.

Location: Bailey Hall-The University of Southern Maine (directions).

Parking: Entering via College Ave is the easiest way. Park behind Bailey Hall in lot G2B. USM does have a pay-to-park system with rates of $1.05 per hour ($6 per day) with a .85 convenience fee. Here is more info about parking.


Registration opens at 8:15 a.m.
Doors open at 8:00. Enter through the doors near the water tower (Lot G3) and enter Bailey hall through the door near this lot. Although the doors may be open for students, please wait until 8:00 to proceed to registration. There will be signage to help you navigate. You will want to arrive early as there is much to do before 9:00.



Lunch is on your own. There are many nearby restaurants. Here are a few options.


What to Bring to nErDCampNNE:

Your favorite fully-charged, mobile device (laptop, tablet, phone)


Your phone to pay for parking.

A bag lunch or payment options for lunch at a nearby business.

Ideas for sessions!

A collaborative spirit!

We have enough tote bags for all attendees to carry their swag, but feel free to bring your own if you like.

9:00-9:30ish Welcome & Session Building

Session 1 9:40-10:25

Session 2 10:35-11:20

Lunch, Swag Alley, & Enter for door prizes: 11:25-12:50

Session 3 1:00-1:45

Title Talks 1:55-2:30

Reflection & Door Prizes 2:30-3:15



You will want to have our event site loaded on a device as it has session locations and notes.


Certificates of attendance will be provided to attendees after completing the event evaluation.
